Dear Sasha,
My new fence has been installed for a couple of weeks now. I must say that it looks extremely smart, and I have watched the admiring glances from passers-by. I was also impressed by the quality of the plastic pieces, and of the overall sturdy construction.
It was very easy to assemble and install. I did it myself, with the help of my neighbour - and we are not engineers! We used plastic glue (the type for bonding plastic rainwater fittings together) to secure the fence caps and the picket tops, as I was a little worried about them going missing. It may be worth you mentioning this to customers in the future. Thank you for your help throughout the whole process.

At last I managed to get the time to erect the fence which you supplied me with in May. I managed to make up stubs which I slid the 100 X 100 main balusters over. I needed to put a base foot on them to secure to the balcony floor, and I put a slot through them to allow the bottom runner to pass through. I found the materials very easy to work with, and very well manufactured. I managed to erect the whole job over 2 days virtually working on my own. If you would like a picture of the finished job I will send one to you as it is often better to show an actual completed job when customers ask you for details of your product.

Sorry for my delay in replying to your e-mail.
The fence and decking is almost complete (the decking is still incomplete) and we are very happy with the end product. You may notice from the photographs I am attaching that my husband came up with another solution to fix the fence to the wall.
We have had great 'reviews' during the Christmas period and family and all talked highly of the products. We are interested in promoting your product here...
